AKA rose haw and rose hep

Rosehips are the fruit of the rose (rosa canina). Once the flower has bloomed and the petals have fallen off, the ‘hip’ is plucked from the centre. The perfect addition to your morning smoothie, or your fluffy friends nightly meal.

Use:

Human: 

1 teaspoon twice a day in a cool drink (water, a smoothy or similar)

Dog:

up to 15kg   1 - 2 teaspoons a day mixed in food

15-30kg       2 - 4 teaspoons a day mixed in food

30kg+          3 - 6 teaspoons a day mixed in food

Horse:

2 to 4 teaspoons per 100Kg mixed in food
