AN ERROR OR BREAKAGE WITH YOUR ORDER?

Oops we hope not.  One of our little worker bees must have hit the clary sage hard this morning!  We try very hard to check and double check your order before it leaves our little store.   Never fear, if we have packed an incorrect product or size, or something is broken or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with the details of the problem and a photo of the items received, invoice and if breakages, a photo of packaging and we will sort it out with minimal fuss!  Our aim is for you to stay a valued customer.    We do our best to pack your order correctly and carefully.  Sometimes the little elves or Santa (Australia Post) slips up.  Email order@plantessentials.com.au

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR IT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If there is an error with your order, or a product is not as expected, please contact our mail order department within 7 days of receiving your order via email at order@plantessentials.com.au

We do not offer return or refund for change of mind.

I'D LIKE A REFUND AND MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DISPATCHED YET 

In this case we are happy to refund the total order including shipping, less a $10 admin fee.  Message us urgently via email at order@plantessentials.com.au to ensure we can stop the order being packed.  Once packed we cannot cancel your order.  

YOUR ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER

If you do not for any reason collect your parcel from Australia Post and your parcel is returned to us, all Australia Post costs will be passed onto you.  A re-send charge is applicable if we need to reship your order to you.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Major Problems - You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Minor Problems - We will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.  Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.

Please note that in the case of electrical items our certified electrical integrity tester will check all items returned to determine if there is a fault & whether the fault is major or minor.
