A delicious blend of powdered herbs for a quick and easy plunger chai tea.  Caffeine free, anti-oxidant rich.

Use

Put 1 heaped teaspoon of chai blend per cup of freshly boiled water into your plunger and allow to brew for at least 5 minutes.  Add nut or other milk to taste.  Add sweetener to taste.

Cinnamon, Rooibos, Cardamom, Ashwaganda, Lions Mane Mushroom, Australian Turmeric., Ginger, Aniseed, Black Pepper.  Contains no Caffeine.
