95% Pure alcohol with an additive to prevent internal use (this is added during manufacturing by law).  You can add this to recipes as a fixative (hold the scent better and longer on the skin) and also where you need a degree of evaporation (room sprays and perfumes).  The higher the percentage to more evaporation avoiding that wet spray feel.

Keep away from sources of ignition (No Smoking)
Wear suitable protective clothing - gloves/eye/face protection.
