Essential oil solubuliser allows water and oil to mix and stay mixed for the production of room sprays, body sprays, perfumes etc.  If you use a high percentage of alcohol in your recipe, you can generally omit solubuliser (be sure to shake the essential oil through the alcohol as the first step of making a spray or the essential oils will not remain solublised.)

Use:

To a 125ml spray bottle add your desired essential oils (20 to 60 drops in total), then add the same quantity of solubuliser.  swish well.  add semi hot water (70oc approx) and swish well.  Add cool water and any other ingredients, cap and shake well.
