Each bag contains powdered Black walnut hulls (Juglans nigra), Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), Sweet wormwood (Artemisia annua) & Clove buds (Syzygium aromaticum).

Use: There are many different philosophies on the best way to use this sort of blend.  I recommend a flat teaspoon in water twice a day for 10 days ,then repeat in 7-10 days  There after 2 flat teaspoons a day for 2 days the day before and day of the full moon :-)
