4% dilution in jojoba oil (100% pure steam distilled essential oil of Matricaria chamomilla flowering tops, organically grown in German, diluted in organically grown Australian jojoba oil.) May be used directly on the skin as perfume.

Traditional uses:

A valuable oil for the skin, chamomile is soothing yet antiseptic. anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. Despite being mildly astringent, it benefits sensitive & allergic skin types. Chamomile is traditionally used to soothe and calm. Improves restless sleep. Relieves the pain of teething (apply well diluted to the outside of the jaw on the cheeks) and tummy to relieve colic & tummy upsets. Used to relieve indigestion, muscular aches, inflamed joints and arthritic conditions. Used to relieve the symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. Soothes rashes, itches and irritated skin.

Directions for adults:

add 5-8 drops to oil vapouriser/diffuser

add up to 50 drops to 100ml cold pressed sweet almond oil for massage

add up to 50 drops to 100ml jojoba cream for body application

add up to 50 drops to 100ml foaming wash for bath or shower use
