Deep Zen smells amazing. As my sleep is so bad and anything I use for sleep tends to work only for a little while before my body gets used to it, I keep this bottle of mystery only... view more for bedtime........ it does improve my sleep. Much as I would love to use it in the daytime to Zen out and also swim in the heady scent, this is reserved for bedtime. view less
