Custom blending of Bach Flowers available.
It's easy to make your own personal blend, just:
- Choose your base - Alcohol or Vegetable Glycerine (Alcohol is the default if no option is requested)
- Pick your 1-5 flowers (Click for Brochure) (NB: Less is more)
- Add me to your cart
- Then during the checkout process write your selection/s in the "order note" area.
How to Take your personal blend:
- Take four drops under the tongue four times a day.
- Be sure to keep a diary of how you feel before you start, noting the specific issues you are solving.
- At the end of the dose bottle course, reassess your notes to decide if you need to continue with this combination (it is working, but needs to continue), or if you need to try a new combination.
