Ultra pure magnesium source.  

Use

Soak in the Tub

  • The temperature of the water should be 39oC
  • Dissolve up to a full bag
  • Soak for 30 minutes or more
  • Following your bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry.  

Foot Soak

  • Dissolve up to 3 cups in warm water
  • Relax

Approximately 47% magnesium chloride by weight (with natural occurring crystalline water).
