Chai Herbal Tea


A delicious spiced tea that may be prepared as an infusion in a tea cup, or in a coffee plunger, or on the stove as a decoction. 

Tea Cup infusion or plunger:
1 tspn or chai per cup of water, steep for 10 mins.  Add milk and natural sweeteners to taste if desired.
Stove decoction:
For a rich authentic chai, prepare on the stove in milk (cow's, soy, almond - your choice) .  Place 1 heaped tspn of chai per cup of water in a saucepan with the lid on for 10 mins on low simmer, strain and add honey, nutmeg, agave, palm sugar, rapadura- whatever you fancy!
Contains Cinnamon chips, Cardamom pods, Clove buds, Black Peppers & Roasted Dandelion Root.(Caffeine Free), ginger 7 aniseed.
