I have checked in with all the staff to see if they received/actioned your messa... view morege but no1 actually remembers the message? I am the one that normally deals with incoming orders aswell and I also can not for the life of me remember this also. I do want to apologise that it was missed, it definitely was NOT on purpose. We take great pride in our customer service (it's almost a dying art) so when we get a negative review we take it very seriously.
I just wanted to confirm a few things.
At the end of your review you said that "Apart from that very poor customer service ok" did you end up speaking to anyone to receive very poor customer service? If you did, I would very much like to hear about the conversation so we can move to improve :)
Lastly, were you happy with the Hemp Organics Rose Lip Tint? Your review was posted as a product review so just wanted to confirm.
